Terms of Service

MindLogic provides speech-processing APIs: you send us audio, we run it through pre-trained models, and we return processed audio or a quality score. The service's features, inputs and outputs, and limits are described in the documentation, which forms part of these terms.

You need an account to submit jobs, and you must keep your contact email current, since that is how we reach you. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for everything done with them; if a key is exposed, rotate or revoke it from the console immediately.

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the output we return. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your audio while a job is processing and for the retention window afterwards, to process it, and to return the result to you.

That window is currently 7 days, after which a daily cleanup job deletes the audio and the tracks we produced from it; the privacy policy has the detail. We do not use your audio to train models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including consent from the people recorded, where that is required of you.

Your use must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend an account that breaches it, or that is consuming capacity in a way that degrades the service for others.

Credit is prepaid and denominated in US dollars: every job is quoted before it runs and billed once, at a single per-minute rate applied to the length of the recording submitted, prorated by the second. The rate is on the pricing page and holds are explained in the documentation; refunds are handled by our team rather than automatically, so contact us about one.

New accounts receive a free credit grant, credit does not expire, and a job that fails or is canceled is refunded. Paid credit purchasing is not yet available; the published rate is not an offer until purchasing is live, and may change before then.

We do not currently offer a service level agreement, and the service runs on limited hardware with jobs processed sequentially. We may change, interrupt, or withdraw any part of it, and will give reasonable notice of breaking API changes where we can.

The service is provided as-is: separation quality depends heavily on your source material, the SI-SDR score is a model's estimate rather than a measurement, and neither is guaranteed to meet any particular standard. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the credit you paid for in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, and unused free credit has no cash value.

We will update this page when the terms change and revise the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell account holders by email.
